- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping.
- Refunds

- Damaged or Defective Products

Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences or if you do not like a specific roast profile (Taste Clause).
- Customers must carefully select the grind size before placing an order. We do not replace or refund orders with incorrect grind selection (Grind Clause).
Damages & Issues
- Any damaged or incorrect order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims must include clear unboxing photos or videos as proof.
- After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order or before the order status changes to “Processing”, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is marked as Processing, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- B2B / Wholesale orders are final once the invoice is paid. No cancellations are allowed for bulk roasted-to-order batches.
